Selling a house comes with unique stresses like cleaning the house everyday, and preparing to hear the constructive comments of prospective buyers. However, our experience was less painful and actually on a strange level, quite enjoyable and fun. Dan not only worked diligently to ensure that we had enough brochures in the house and on our sign, but diligently worked to sell our house to other agents. He arranged for our home to be on his Monthly Office Tour and the Williamson County Board of Realtors tour. These were not suggestions made by the other Realtors we interviewed. We definitely saw a spike in activity. We had a solid offer within three days of the last tour.
