Dan took the time to listen to what made our house special. With this information Dan returned to his office where he invested his time to prepare a market analysis of similar homes within our area with similar features. He presented a marketing package to us within a few days. Throughout the process he was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of when we needed him. By the fifth week we had a contract on our house and were able to close within 30 days. We sold the house for exactly what he believed we would get out of the house.
Since then we have referred him to other friends within the area. He has been very successful with them as well. We will continue to use him in the future and refer him to as many people as we can.
