Texas Open Door Realty is located in Historic Downtown Round Rock. Our office is commonly referred to as the “Old Texaco Station” located at the intersection of Mays and Main Street, one of the main intersections in the downtown area. The building was built in 1918 by the Mays family and was originally a Gulf Gas Station.

The Mays family owned the building until 1997. It was the original home of the Round Rock Express (Round Rock’s professional baseball team) and has also been the headquarters for numerous political campaigns.

However, the site is most famous for the legendary “domino game” that occurred outside under the awning for years. Even though the pumps outside have not been operational for years, we still get customers who come by for gas so there’s a “Sorry, No Gasoline” sign in the window.

Nan GrimmNan Grimm is an aggressive, customer service oriented Real Estate professional who treats every home sale or purchase as if it were her own. Although a veteran now, Nan started in Real Estate years ago due to her passion for buying and selling personal property and her sincere love for people. Nan is no stranger to pressure situations. She served our great country for 6 years as an Army nurse and later worked for a perfusion company in Houston, TX. In 1994, Jack III was born and she decided to stay home with her son to give him a great start in life. Shortly thereafter, Nan, Jack and Jack III moved to Round Rock where they have enjoyed plugging into the community. She attends and is very active at Central Baptist Church, delivers meals to the elderly and ill every other Friday for Meals on Wheels and takes Bible study to the Central Texas Treatment Center every Wednesday night.

Nan was awarded “Rookie of the Year” through Coldwell Banker United REALTORS Round Rock office her first year in the business and has achieved the QVC Platinum Award status for Customer Rated service in subsequent years.
